Participating downtown businesses will serve a special menu item for the day of the event. You will be able to visit and sample food at all participating locations in any order and at your convenience from 5pm-9pm. We hope you leave with a full stomach, and perhaps a new favorite food spot in town!

We’d love for your restaurant to be a part of an exciting event showcasing the vibrant culinary scene of Downtown Wallingford! On Thursday, May 14th, participating businesses will have the opportunity to serve a special menu item of their choice for wristband holders to enjoy. This event allows guests to “hop” from one fantastic restaurant to the next, sampling dishes at their own pace from 5pm-9pm. It’s a great chance to introduce your delicious menu to the community and be a part of this fun, food-filled evening. Join us in making this event a true celebration of local dining!

What is the Restaurant Hop?
Participating downtown businesses will serve a special menu item for the day of the event. You will be able to visit and sample food at all participating locations in any order and at your convenience from 5pm-9pm. Map & Menu will also be available online.
Do I need a wristband to participate in the event?
Yes. The wristbands give you access to sample food and help the participating locations know who is participating in the event versus who may be a customer.
How do I pickup a wristband?
You will receive an email confirmation upon registering for the event. Present the confirmation email at 144 Center St in Wallingford, CT after May 1st. Please pick up wristbands prior to May 14th. Call ahead to set up a pick-up time during our business hours
What happens on the day of the event?
(We will provide you with a map highlighting each participating business and what they will be serving). Show up the day of the event and hop around to enjoy the food and beverage flavors of our vibrant downtown. We hope you leave with a full stomach, and perhaps a new favorite food spot in town!

Do we walk or drive around?
The best part is that every participating location is walking distance and is the best way to see all downtown Wallingford has to offer.
Can I purchase tickets in person?
YES! TICKETS WILL BE ON SALE APRIL 14TH through MAY 14TH or until SOLD OUT. There are limited tickets available, and tickets are non-refundable. See locations for purchase.
